Cape May salts on the half shell, blood orange mignette

 Jack Daniels & orange Gravelox, brown bread

  Short Rib Ravioli with roasted vegetable broth

 Fois Gras with apple pepper jelly, brioche toast & frisee

 Salads

Mesclun greens and seasonal vegetables with our special house dressing, creamy or vinaigrette

 Romaine hearts and radicchio, shaved Asiago, warm croutons with creamy anchovy vinaigrette

Entrees

Pork Tenderloin with apricot & chipolte glaze, spoon bread soufflé

 Pan seared golden Tilefish on pureed celeriac, with Taylor Bay scallops and lobster nage

 Seared Porcini dusted Scallops with wild mushroom risotto and pecan-sage beurre blanc

 Australian Rack of Lamb, crusted with garlic & rosemary, fingerling potato and arugula sauté, natural jus

 Grilled Filet and Jumbo Shrimp with herb butter, roasted garlic mashed and sherried mushrooms

Triple layer chocolate cake, chocolate mousse filling, chocolate ganache

Mad Batter Cheesecake

White chocolate mousse with white chocolate chunks, raspberry sauce

Joe Lynch performs easy listening acoustic guitar and vocals, and contemporary folk music.

Local duet to perform an eclectic blend of music at the Mad Batter.  Musical friends, Amy Hufana and Robin Hippel will play a collection of  their favorite jazz standards, pop, gospel, and blues.

Geno White, popular Cape May jazzman and guitarist, performs his own instrumental guitar rock blues jazz fusion originals and classics.
